How do I reset my password in QC Expert?


QC Expert manages passwords exclusively on your local machine. The password information is stored in a file named QCUsers.bin. To regain access, you will need to close KnowItAll (2020 or newer), delete the QCUsers.bin file from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Wiley\KnowItAll\ProgramData\QCUsers.bin, reopen KnowItAll, and create a new password for QC Expert.
